It was a pleasure yesterday that Hock Chew Tee had the privilege of working with one of the best and famous egg tart and traditional confectionery in Singapore – Tong Heng.
We met up with the very passionate General Manager Ana Fong and had the wonderful chance of getting our hands into experimenting a delectable durian egg tart at their kitchen.
Even the founder of the all famous Tong Heng was personally involved in the creation of durian egg tarts.
