Durian Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 250gm of HCT durian pulp
  • 180ml condensed milk
  • 350ml cold heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ tsp of vanilla extract

Mix HCT durian pulp with condensed milk gently. Separately, whipped the cold whipping cream with vanilla extract until firm. Gently fold the whipped cream into the durian mixture. Transfer the mixture into a airtight container and freeze overnight. Enjoy it with a drizzle of toasted peanut.
