The Cempedak is a exotic flavour fruit, aromatic and musky in smell, a strong contender to durian. It is Somewhat smaller in size than Jackfruit and contains soft juicy and sweet flesh covering large seeds. Ripe cempedak is orange/yellow in color and is sweeter than jackfruit. Its flavor is musky, aromatic and savory that resembles durian and mango.

Cempedak although uncommon has appealed to a discernable crowd as we foresee an increase in business enquiries in the last 3 years.

Cempedak-Sago desserts, Cempedak-avocado blended smoothies, Ice-chendol with chunky juicy streaks of Cempedak and even Goreng Cempedak are easily found and gaining popularity.
